Graduate Women Victoria (GWV) is pleased to announce their 2018 Scholarship Program for women enrolled in Universities in Victoria.
GWV scholarships and bursaries range from $3,500 to $8,000 and are offered to women students enrolled in 2018 at Victorian universities, or at the Victorian campuses of the Australian Catholic University.
Scholarships and bursaries are available to women students enrolled in the following courses:
• Masters or PhD by research
• Masters Coursework or Masters Extended
• Master of Education or Teaching – including a bursary for a student preparing to teach STEM.
GWV are also offering a scholarship valued at $5,000 to an Indigenous woman student enrolled in an undergraduate degree.
Only Australian citizens or permanent residents are eligible for the above scholarships.
Applicants are asked to demonstrate that they are or have been experiencing disadvantage in the pursuit of their studies.
An online application system has been established to make the process easier for students and their referees. Full details can be found at the GWV website.
Closing date: 31 March 2018
